Harald Jellum – Founder and CEO
Mr. Jellum has a Master Degree in Computer Science & Microprocessor Systems from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Jellum has founded several IT technology companies, raised more than 200 mill NOK, company evaluations at more than 750 mill NOK, built the worlds most sensitive flowcytometer for a leading american medical company, built the first European Internet Setup box and the worlds first Smarthome setupbox system. Founded Cyberwatcher in 1999 and held the position as Chief Technology Officer. He is now a board member of Cyberwatcher and board member of Intellisearch.
Ms Butt responsibilities include group-level finance, accounting, investor relations and financial strategy. Ms Butt has many years of broad experience in finance and accounting from a wide range of industries. She has previously held leading accounting and finance positions and been a board member for several companies. Ms Butt holds a bachelor degree in finance and a MBA from the Norwegian School of Management BI.
Birger Lie – COO
Birger Lie holds a BSc in Information technology, with specializing in the field of Applied Mathematical Analysis. Birger Lie’s responsibilities includes global field operations, customer support, project management. Birger Lie has several years experience as VP R&D and as senior solutions architect, specializing in monitoring and measuring systems for electric utilities. Birger Lie founded a consulting company specializing in value added services, and business intelligence in relation to electric utilities and held the position as CTO.
Trond Lein – VP Marketing
Trond Lein’s responsibilities includes global marketing, and public relations. Mr. Lein holds a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Lein has 9 years of senior sales and general management experience from IT companies such as Oracle and Software Innovation. Prior to his IT-industry experience, Mr. Lein was a senior management consultant at Gemini Consulting where he worked on large change management engagements.
Mikael Svenson – CTO
Mikael Svenson has worked in the IT industry since 1996, when he jumped off computer science studies at the University in Oslo, in order to pursue a dream of making computer games at FunCom. He later started his own consulting company creating diverse software projects such as web shops, rent calculations for shopping malls, and an online translation service. Before joining IntelliSearch he was a main contributor to CyberWatcher's award winning news search and crawling system. On his spare time he has also been a main organizer at The Gathering, the worlds largest LAN party, with over 4000 attendees. Mikael Svenson's responsibilities as head of R&D include the development of the current and next generations search engine – both the generic search platform and industry specific solutions.
