Mr. Ruud has been working in the Norwegian It industry since 1991. He has  long experience with management in consulting services companies. He is also the co funder of companies like Win.HLP, Tarantell and Questpoint. He has an educational background within IT, Finance and Marketing. He has also held management positions like Sales Manager in CapGemini, currently he was CEO in QuestPoint before acquisition.

Shahzad Rana - Business Developement

Mr. Rana has been working in the Norwegian software-industry since 1991. He is a serial entrepreneur and has participated in starting dinside.no, imarkedet.no, Win.HLP, Micro Holding Invest, in2, subClearing and Questpoint to mention some. He has long experience from various public noted companies as board member. He is currently Deputy representative at StatoilHydro, boardmember of The Norwegian Board of Technology and Member of DnBNOR innovation jury. His background is technical and linguistics from University of Oslo and University of Stavanger.

Øyvind Grøndalen - Project and Consulting Manager

Mr. Grøndalen has been working in Norwegian IT industry since 1996. His experience is mainly from Project Management and Management Consulting. Before joining Questpoint AS / Intellisearch  AS he has worked for companies such as IBM and Index AS now part of CMA Contiki. He has an MBA degree with specialization in Operation Management from University of Bath.

Magne Ødegård Eriksen - Senior VP Sales and Marketing

Magne Eriksen has industry experience from management consulting, telecom and financial services. In the last 12 years, Mr. Eriksen has held senior and executive positions within the management consulting industry in various companies like BearingPoint, Abeo, eScienza and Accenture. His focus has been sales of services together with development and implementation of strategy, sales and channel management, crm and market analysis, primarily within industries with a need of combining business and technology.

Mr. Eriksen holds a siviløkonom / MBA degree from NHH/Norwegian School of Business and Administration.
