We have developed a solution for two-way syncronizing Documentum-data between Stockholm, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Atlanta. We use the queue functionality of Documentum to extend and update the index. The index contains 5 million documents.

We have designed 9 implementations of IntelliSearch on 12 ESP-servers. Two Documentum servers, seven Exchange servers and more than 30 file servers are indexed. Eight implementations of ESP servers in two continents are syncronized with the local version of the main index in Hamburg, Germany. In this way the information on the servers are transformed to searchable information. Totally there are indexed about 14.5 million documents.
