IntelliSearch experience a good market response to its Enterprise Search platform in Norway and Sweden. The company expects 100% growth in 2006, while the total enterprise search market is expected to 30% annually until 2010, according to the research company IDC.
The IntelliSearch platform addresses universal enterprise search needs, in which all companies have large quantities of unstructured information that they struggle to make accessible. IntelliSearch experiences show that large enterprises are now looking to initiate projects to give employees and customers improved information access to all their structured and unstructured information both internal and external, through implementation of enterprise search. This accentuates the need for IntelliSearch international presence, and the company is entering its next phase of internationalisation with the establishment of sales and delivery offices in Denmark, BeNeLux, and UK. The company has secured 13.5 MNOK in funds through a privat placement to finance the expansion. The new international offices is expected to be fully operational during the first half of 2007.
With this expansion, IntelliSearch will have sales offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway BeNeLux and UK. Other geographies will be served by our international partners and the Norway office. The company headquarters is at Lysaker, Norway.
